IVR Application Design (All IVRs)
For Intervoice IVRs we have a design specialist that will work with the business unit and create the demo code for an application. For other vendors we can use our expertise to assist in creating a user friendly design.
There are many variables to putting an application together. For example, what do you do for an invalid entry? How many timeouts do you allow? How long to you wait for a response? What do you do if some information is not presently available? We know the questions that need to be asked in order to produce a quality voice response application.

IVR Consulting - Review IVR Applications and Suggest Improvements (All IVRs)
If you have not reviewed your application in awhile and feel your resolution rate is too low we would be glad to work with your business unit to make improvements. This can lead to fewer calls opting out to your Call Center. We would listen to, and work with, your company’s priorities.

IVR Application Testing (All IVRs)
Even if you do not utilize us for any of the tasks listed above we can still assist in testing new applications or modifications to your existing application.

IVR Business Analysis (All IVRs)
We do quite a bit of this. Basically we work as the liaison between the business unit and the IVR programmer. We take the business units requirements and put it into a document(s) the programmer can easily work from.

Create Test Scripts (All IVRs)
We provide the business unit with scripts to follow in order to test the new application.

Create Test Data Requests (All IVRs)
We look at the changes being made and draw up a list of all the different types of test data that would be required in order to properly test the application.

Create application documentation (All IVRs)
We can update documentation you have or create new call flows.
